Aileen Doyle has lived and worked in Hong Kong for over ten years and leads Early Years provision at Shrewsbury International School Hong Kong. An enormously experienced practitioner, she holds an intricate knowledge of the Early Years and Foundation Stage Framework and acts as a passionate advocate for home-school partnerships and the benefits of learning through play.
With a personal passion for creativity in the learning environment, she aims to instill in young children a thirst for learning through immersive and investigative play-based experiences. This is created through engaging learning environments which encourage children to become independent, enthusiastic, life-long learners.
Putting the pedagogical principles into practice, Ms Doyle leads a dynamic and ambitious Early Years team and shapes an ambitious curricular programme within a world class, purpose built campus.
