Audrey Tang

Acting Head of School, ESF Hillside International Kindergarten

For the past 17 years, Audrey Tang has dedicated her career to the field of international education as a teacher and a leader, with a specialisation in Early Years. She returned to Hong Kong to find her roots after growing up abroad in the States and Canada. She considers herself a ‘third-culture child’ and is passionate about making a difference in the field of early childhood education.

Ms Tang is an advocate for authentic learning through play and inquiry. She is committed to inspire and nurture all learners to thrive by creating joyful learning environments, and building a collaborative learning culture within the school community.

She is currently the acting head of school at ESF Hillside International Kindergarten and has served the school as the vice principal for the past nine years. She is also an experienced International Baccalaureate (IB) workshop leader and visiting team member.
