Vicky Bewsey

Principal, ESF Tsing Yi International Kindergarten

Vicky Bewsey is a passionate and innovative Early Years teacher and leader with over 29 years of experience. Her career started in the UK, and she has been working for ESF as Principal for the last ten years.

Ms Bewsey is an advocate for Playful Learning in the kindergarten. She is committed to enabling children to flourish through authentic playful learning engagements and contexts, whilst building capacity in her educators within a culture and an environment of playful learning.

Ms Bewsey is the mother of a beautiful little girl who has Down’s Syndrome and she is currently heading a campaign called ‘Just as I am’ to raise awareness of children, especially children with individual needs.
